About marc

During a visit in 1990, Marc completely fell for Portland’s character, sense of community, and quality of living. So, two short years later he made the move and adopted Portland as his new hometown. Marc became a licensed real estate agent in 2010, and has bought and sold a number of area homes since, becoming intimately acquainted with the city and its real estate market.

Marc’s background in architecture helps inform his approach to real estate. He has an eye for the design elements at work and an interest in the creation of living environments. He has undertaken a number of remodels and condo conversions and really understands how homes should be built with regard to good design and solid craftsmanship. Marc truly enjoys his profession. He makes it a point to know the market, meticulously reviewing listings and putting in a lot of hours touring available homes. He listens to clients carefully to separate needs from wants, helping them make smart decisions about what is often the biggest investment of their lives. The transformation from house to Home has great meaning for Marc.

Marc lives in his favorite neighborhood, Mt. Tabor, with his family and two cats. His home is surrounded by tall trees and filled with Marc’s paintings and lots of memories. In his spare time, Marc may be found gardening, or reviewing property listings over a double espresso or two.
